KAPTIV-CS: Electronic zero air loss drain
The KAPTIV-CS (Compact Solution) removes all types of condensate from compressed air systems up to 100 m³/min. without the loss of compressed air.
The KAPTIV-CS is cost effective and offers a rapid pay-back period due to a competitive pricing level, low stocking cost, zero air loss and energy saving features.
The compact robust industrial housing, 2/2 way direct acting valve with a large orifice, alarm N/C or N/O and the integrated mesh strainer make the KAPTIV-CS a highly reliable draining solution. The KAPTIV-CS can be applied in oil lubricated as well as oil-free applications.

The KAPTIV-CS-D-LUX is an electronically operated level sensed condensate drain that guarantees zero air loss during the condensate discharge cycle.
This comprehensive, high-end condensate draining solution incorporates alarm options, service interval warning options and an anti-air-lock feature. All programming options can be easily selected and activated by using the touch buttons. The digital display feature indicates the selected option.
The KAPTIV-CS-D-LUX has a robust industrial housing and can be installed on all compressed air system components, regardless their size and climate zone.

KAPTIV-MD: Electronic zero air loss condensate drain
The KAPTIV-MD is a zero air loss drain designed for smaller compressed air applications.
The KAPTIV-MD incorporates the reliable JORC direct acting valve assembly with FPM seals, offering a pressure range of 0 to 16 bar (up to 230 psi).
The solid and robust aluminium housing design has also been incorporated in to this model, following suite with the larger KAPTIV models.
With an inlet connection height of only 74 mm this is an incredibly compact solution with unrivaled installation versatility and reliability.
The weight of the KAPTIV-MD is only 0.5 kg!
The maximum compressor capacity of this drain is 10 m3/min (350 CFM) and typical draining applications include fridge dryers and filters - mainly due to its incredible compact size. The KAPTIV-MD can be applied in oil lubricated as well as oil-free applications.
KAPTIV-MD-AL: Electronic condensate drain with alarm
The KAPTIV-MD-AL is an electronic zero air loss drain with an alarm feature (potential free relay), suitable for applications up to 10 m³/min. (compressor capacity). The alarm contact options are: A1 (Normally Open contact) or A2 (Normally Closed contact).
This exceptionally versatile and compact drain is available as a stock item in multiple voltage options, offering a pressure range from 0 to 16 bar and only weighs 0,5 kg.
With features such as a test button, LED indication and automatic blockage detection, this energy saving electronic drain is the optimum choice for reliable, condensate removal when space is limited (overall height only 74 mm).
To simplify the installation in restrictive height conditions, the side-inlet adapter is a useful tool.

NUFORS-CR: Pneumatically operated level sensed condensate drain
The NUFORS-CR removes condensate from compressed air systems without using electricity and without the unnecessary loss of compressed air.
The discharge process is automatic and is based on a 3/2 way level controlled valve principle that operates a piston type direct acting valve. The advantage of this valve principle is that the NUFORS-CR’s orifice can be 6 mm, offering an increased reliability factor.
The NUFORS-CR is ideally suited in applications where power is not available, too expensive or not reliable. The NUFORS-CR features a specially treated robust aluminium housing suitable for oil lubricated and oil-free applications.
In addition, the NUFORS-CR can be applied in applications that demand a higher IP rating (International Protection rating or Ingress Protection). The NUFORS-CR offers an IP68/NEMA6 rating.
NUFORS-XF: Pneumatically operated condensate drain
The NUFORS-XF removes all types of condensate from large capacity compressed air applications up to 500 m³/min, without using electricity and without the unnecessary loss of compressed air. The NUFORS-XF has an exceptional large condensate discharge capacity of 4.800 litres per hour at 16 bar.
The discharge process is automatic and is based on a 3/2 way level controlled valve principle that operates a piston type direct acting valve.
The NUFORS-XF is ideally suited in applications where power is not available, too expensive or not reliable. The NUFORS-XF features a specially treated robust aluminium housing suitable for oil lubricated and oil-free applications.

MAGY: Magnetically operated zero air loss drain
The MAGY is a magnetically operated level sensed drain that discharges condensate from all compressed air systems by using a unique technology based on magnetic forces. The MAGY uses specially selected magnets that operate the 2/2 way direct acting valve assembly.
The discharge process of the MAGY is automatic and there is no loss of compressed air during the condensate discharge cycle.
The specially selected long-life magnets ensure a high operation consistency.
The MAGY is easy to install and to service due to the top and side inlet options. The MAGY is ideally suited in applications where power is not available, too expensive or not reliable.
Typically the MAGY is installed in refrigerated dryers and under piston compressors. The MAGY features a specially treated robust aluminium housing suitable for oil lubricated and oil-free applications.
The MAGY is also available with a test feature. The test button offers the solution to check your MAGY ensuring nothing is obstructing the orifice. It also allows you to depressurise the drain for those yearly maintenance moments.
MAGY-UL: Magnetically operated zero air loss drain
The MAGY-UL uses specially selected magnets that operate the 2/2 way direct acting valve assembly.
The discharge process of the MAGY-UL is automatic and there is no loss of compressed air during the condensate discharge cycle.
The specially selected magnets ensure a high operation consistency.
The MAGY-UL is easy to install and to service and can also remain hooked up to the filter while maintenance is being carried out (i.e. the drain does not need to be unthreaded from the filter).
JORC recommends to replace all unreliable filter (float) drains and to install the MAGY-UL. The MAGY-UL features a specially treated robust aluminium housing suitable for oil lubricated and oil-free applications.
The MAGY-UL is also available with a test feature. The test button offers the solution to check your MAGY-UL ensuring nothing is obstructing the orifice. It also allows you to depressurise the drain for those yearly maintenance moments
