Zero Air Generators
A catalytic chamber removes hydrocarbons after the air has first been filtered to remove any water, oil vapours and aerosol.
Zero air generators from cmc Instruments are designed for a stress free life. The ZA series are noiseless, easy to install and intelligent. Constant, high purity, zero air for analysis you can rely on.
A catalytic chamber removes hydrocarbons after the air has first been filtered to remove any water, oil vapours and aerosol. The outlet coalescing filter ensures no water produced in the generator is transported to the chromatograph. The clear bowl filters allow easy inspection and maintenance. This guarantees reliable, ultra pure zero air production.
The ZA series is available in 7 different capacities from 2Nl/min to 1000Nl/min. Up to 160 FID’s can be run at outlet pressures between 2 and 10 bar.
Customise your cmc Instruments zero air generator with the features you want. Pressure, flow and temperature control are all options together with automatic switchovers in case of supply failures. Different fittings and outlets are available to make the zero air generator instantly compatible with your supply and destination equipment.
ZA series Zero Air generators:
- THC < 0.05 ppm (as methane)
- Models from 2 – 1000 Nl/min
- Saves money, space and time
- Low cost of ownership
- Virtually maintenance free
